He gave me a straight forward explanation of what needed to be done and got to work right away to help my family. His team came daily to check machines and assess the work. His team was honest and courteous. If an emergency were to happen again, I will definitely contact Randy and his team.

I’m happy with the service that Ken, Reuben provided. Was initially assigned Reynard, but he left the company and no one called to schedule. Finally, I got the manager who assigned back to Ken and apologized for any inconvenience. Have a small issue with the cabinet paint, but working with the vendor.

I came home after a two day water leak on a Sunday. You call these guys and a real person answers the phone and they immediately send a representative. Before you know it, they have vacuums, fans and dryers on the job. They do the job right. Highly recommended.
