Highly recommend Servpro for exceptional service and a professional work ethic. They responded to an urgent issue regarding a ceiling caving in a private home causing structural issues, mold, and compromised HVAC. Special commendations go to Jeremy Miel the Restoration Manager who supervised and coordinated all efforts. Also Franklin and Luis were so responsible and friendly and they worked efficiently to clean up the area and prepare the area for further repairs. Despite feeling overwhelmed with the unexpected damage we really enjoyed this company and give them our highest praise.

Jeremy was fantastic and spent a lot of time answering questions. Fortunately we did not have an issue. It was good to have an honest and caring person. Overall, we had a total of three companies come out and two said no issues, the third wanted to tear out our three year old kitchen and an entire wall to mitigate the damage that didn’t exist. Servpro was one of the two honest companies.

My experience was awesome from the first With Franklin who was a sweetheart to Ernesto, Luis and Gaudy I was very comfortable with them when they were doing their part. They explained everything to me and Jeremy put the final touch when he checked everything on the end. I would recommend them to anyone. They all came in like the umpa lumpas.(umpa lumps chocolate factory, Willie Wonka. OK just look it up and watch the movie. You'll get it. So grateful for the work, guidance, and professionalism from Jeremy at SERVPRO. Jeremy helped us wrap our arms around a flooding issue that felt out of control at first. He came in, mapped the problem, and laid out a very clear plan of action. We're so thankful for the time he took to explain what was going on. I was very happy with the service from Serve Pro. I had water leaks that caused damage to my floor, pantry walls, bathroom walls and sons bedroom walls and floors. Serve Pro came right away the day I called and set up machines to dry up the wet and clean up the air. Lendell was the primary person who serviced our home with a few other team members and I am very pleased with their service. Lendell is very professional, thorough and answered all my questions.
