After a 5 month absence from our FL home, we arrived to 1/2” of surface water on the floors. Fortunately it had only been there for 12 hours so no mold. We immediately called ServPro ( it was a Saturday) and a crew was sent almost immediately. Jeremy Miel was our restoration manager. He went above and beyond in all respects. He reassured us that we were in good hands and definitely made good on that promise. He was the calm voice of expertise in the midst of a situation we had never experienced or imagined. When we would call with a question or concern he would either answer his phone immediately or return our call within minutes. He made quite a few personal visits to our residence over the 2 weeks that followed. Jeremy navigated us through a very stressful situation and we are so grateful for his support and the fact that he was our manager. The right hand technician, River, made us feel we were in the best hands possible with respect to the physical remediation work involved. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, polite and respectful of our home. He answered our many questions and put our mind at ease throughout this process. He, too, was always just a phone call away. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to come to our aid. His work ethic was one that is often not seen these days. Employees Widley, Gaudy and Ernesto worked under River and were professional, respectful and efficient as well. The “new kid on the block”, Widley, was polite, friendly, eager to learn and always had a smile. We cannot think of any way in which ServPro did not meet our expectations. We always felt we were in good hands and can’t imagine how we would have navigated through this situation without their help.
