Highly recommend Servpro for exceptional service and a professional work ethic. They responded to an urgent issue regarding a ceiling caving in a private home causing structural issues, mold, and compromised HVAC. Jeremy was fantastic and spent a lot of time answering questions. Fortunately we did not have an issue. It was good to have an honest and caring person. So grateful for the work, guidance, and professionalism from Jeremy at SERVPRO. Jeremy helped us wrap our arms around a flooding issue that felt out of control at first. He came in, mapped the problem, and laid out a very clear plan of action. We're so thankful for the time he took to explain what was going on. I was very happy with the service from Serve Pro. I had water leaks that caused damage to my floor, pantry walls, bathroom walls and sons bedroom walls and floors. Serve Pro came right away the day I called and set up machines to dry up the wet and clean up the air. Lendell was the primary person who serviced our home with a few other team members and I am very pleased with their service. Lendell is very professional, thorough and answered all my questions.
