ServPro is a great company if you need restoration services. My rep was absolutely professional and kept me informed on the process of drying my home. He also helped me with speaking to my insurance company. They are a one stop shop as the remove water damage and can restore your home. They are great if you need emergency services, they had a team at my home the same day I called. Tge only issue is they are pricey, but you get what you pay for. Maybe ask for an estimate before getting services 😅. However, I still highly recommend them. They are experts at what they do!

Rachael, Lauren, and Magdalene have been fantastic, respectful, and thorough. The house looks wonderful. My husband thought I cleaned it, ha ha ha. I appreciate everything Servpro has done thus far and wish I could have these ladies come once a month. Servpro was a great company to work with from beginning to end! We had a water leak from an upstairs toilet that poured into 3 surrounding rooms and through the downstairs office. Their team was prompt, professional and kept us in the loop through the entire process. I hope we don't have to deal with another water loss but if we do I will definitely be working with them again!

My husband and I had a terrible water leakage in our garage where water had sprayed all over the lower section of the walls around and behind our HVAC units and water heater. This led to a major black mold problem in this entire area. We hadn’t been able to see this because of having so many things stored in front of that entire area. Once I saw the wet wall in the laundry room we then found the disaster in the garage. Jeremy and Oney with SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach were the experts who did a remarkable job of “restoring it like it never even happened.” I highly recommend this business!
