Originally from Iron Bridge (Puente Hierro), Venezuela, Rei brings a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and restoration expertise to every job site.

He specializes in emergency water damage restoration, fire and smoke cleanup, and mold remediation, and is known for keeping a calm, solution-focused attitude even in high-stress disaster recovery situations. Whether he’s leading a sewage cleanup near Universal Orlando or assisting with storm damage in Windermere, Rei brings skill and compassion to every project.

Mariana is a skilled and dedicated Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Doctor Phillips, proudly serving the neighborhoods of Dr. Phillips, MetroWest, Celebration, Hunters Creek, and beyond. With over four years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry, she brings a meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to doing things right the first time.

Specializing in water damage cleanup, fire damage restoration, biohazard cleanup, and mold remediation, Mariana is known for going above and beyond to ensure each project meets SERVPRO’s highest standards. Sthefania is a vital part of the SERVPRO of Doctor Phillips South team, serving as both an Administrative Assistant and Job File Coordinator. In her personal life, Sthefania is passionate about education and mental health. She enjoys reading and is currently pursuing a degree in psychology at Valencia College, with plans to become a licensed psychologist in the future. Ryan is a dedicated Project Manager at SERVPRO of Doctor Phillips South, where he oversees restoration projects from start to finish with professionalism, care, and clear communication. With a strong desire to continue growing in the restoration industry, Ryan is constantly learning new techniques, certifications, and technology—especially as it relates to water, fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup. Outside of work, Ryan channels his creativity through photography and videography, often capturing behind-the-scenes moments or building his skills on personal projects.

Wyatt is a Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Doctor Phillips South, where he connects directly with both homeowners and businesses to ensure they know exactly who to call when disaster strikes. Whether it’s water damage near Universal Orlando, mold removal in Celebration, or biohazard cleanup in Hunters Creek, Wyatt helps guide clients toward the restoration solutions they need.

Known for his friendly demeanor and can-do attitude, Wyatt plays a vital role in supporting our community through outreach, education, and relationship-building with insurance professionals, property managers, and local businesses. He especially enjoys seeing projects through to completion—helping people get things back together after fire, flood, storm, or vandalism disrupt their lives.

Wyatt brings natural leadership to his role and is excited to continue growing with the disaster restoration industry, including gaining hands-on knowledge about SERVPRO’s commercial cleaning services and emergency response protocols. Outside of work, Wyatt is an avid basketball player and can usually be found shooting hoops with friends or watching games with family.
