SERVPRO of Clearwater South / Clearwater Beach
About Us
As of December 2023, SERVPRO of Clearwater proudly celebrated 40 years under the ownership of Buddy and Deanna Greenway. In the Clearwater area, where disasters do not wait for a convenient time to strike homes and businesses, our team remains vigilantly prepared at all hours to address developing conditions like water and fire emergencies. Our swift response allows us to initiate mitigation and emergency services promptly, often reducing restoration expenses for our customers. With over three decades of experience as SERVPRO leaders, Buddy and Deanna Greenway bring a wealth of certifications and licenses to the team, including building contracting (CBC1250662), mold assessment (MRSA1332), and lead renovation (NAT-25475).
Responding Fast When Every Minute Counts
Nearly all emergencies have a finite timeline for restoration and recovery until a more substantial amount of tear-out and reconstruction is necessary. With water and fire emergencies being standard callouts, we have the greatest number of experienced technicians in these niches. Water damage recovery services by certified professionals on our team can help with:
- Water damage remediation
- Burst pipes
- Ceiling leaks
- Emergency services water damage
- Flood restoration
- Flooded bathrooms and kitchens
- Cleaning Up after a Sewer Backup
- Sewage Cleanup
A fast response begins with having premier tools and products to make restoration as efficient as possible. We keep leading extraction and drying instruments stocked constantly on production vehicles to mobilize quickly in a crisis.
Striving to Be More than a Leading Restoration Team
Being known for the work that you do can be valuable to sustaining our restoration work for another 35 years, but making a difference in our communities often means giving back in other ways. For this reason, we have multiple organizations that we get involved with, such as Relay for Life and Toys for Tots, that seek to make a positive difference in the lives of those less fortunate locally. Not every emergency our communities face requires IICRC-certified technicians – sometimes, it just needs a neighbor who cares.
There When You Need Us
Because we continue to grow, we can offer more services and practical actions to protect your property and its contents. From mold assessment to full-scale build-back and new construction, we are a trusted restorer and more.
