Mary and Ozzie and team were so fantastic to work with! The highest level of customer care and they were so communicative with updates. It was a rather large and long job, and they sent pictures and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend them more highly!

Our condominium recently sustained water and mold damage when the condominium above ours leaked down into our unit. We required both mold remediation/mitigation, and remodeling and rebuilding after the water damage and mold. They had to demo, remove and replace several walls, part of the ceiling, and all of the flooring throughout the entire unit. The team assigned my project was Mary V and Ozzie. Mary was our project coordinator and Ozzie was our guy in the ground doing all the work with his crew. Mary was A pleasure to deal with. She was easy to get in touch with responded quickly and was on top of the project the whole time. She provided frequent updates and photos, and kept me abreast of where we were in the projected timeline the entire time. Ozzie was our guy doing the work. Here again, I could not be happier. Everything looked great, they were respectful of both the property and my possessions within the condominium that they were moving around while they were doing work and they didn’t run a foul of any of the buildings ridiculous rules. Once again, I was extremely happy with both Mary and Ozzie. They were courteous, professional, easy to deal with, and just plain nice.

They worked efficiently while paying close attention to detail, and they treated our workspace with care throughout the process. The difference after the cleaning was noticeable, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. It's refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what it promises. I would gladly use SERVPRO again and recommend them to other businesses looking for vent or duct cleaning services.

Don’t bother looking anywhere else, Servpro of Brickell is seriously the best! Had a water damage emergency in my kitchen, and Ozzie promised someone would be there within the hour. He wasn’t kidding. Super fast, super professional, and really easy to work with. 10/10 across the board, can’t recommend them enough.

Guerby’s calm demeanor and ability to defuse complex situations involving a post hurricane condo association with high tensions proved paramount. He was always readily available to speak and explain the process and remediation. He displayed exquisite managerial skills over his team to perform the job in an environment with limited space and for elderly clients, leading them through every step of the way.
