Meet Our Team

Brian is the proud owner of SERVPRO of Brandon / North Riverview since 2018. Since then, he added SERVPRO of Bloomingdale/Fish Hawk and Apollo Beach. He was locally raised in the nearby Tampa Bay Area but moved away to Tennessee. Brian loves this area and is happy to be back where his roots are! He has a number of IICRC certifications—AMRT applied microbial remediation technician, ASD applied structural drying, Trauma and Crime Scene Technician, and WRT water damage restoration technician. He takes pride in being a hands-on manager and directing the efforts of his production crews and office staff. Brian is a member of the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce. His hobbies include traveling, boating, and disc golf. Brian is an accomplished musician and plays the saxophone, piano, and guitar. In his free time, he relishes in his most important position- father to baby girl, Sereia Jones!

Stephanie is the owner of SERVPRO of Brandon / North Riverview, along with her husband, Brian. They are also the proud owner/operators of SERVPRO of Central Bloomingdale, Fish Hawk. North Riverview and Apollo Beach as well. Stephanie oversees office and marketing activities and is also IICRC certified as a WRT water damage restoration technician. She lives in Tampa and is a member of the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce. When not helping to run the business, she enjoys boating, going to the beach, traveling, yoga, working out, reading, and cooking- all done with her new family addition- baby girl Sereia Jones!

Ben is an outstanding Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Brandon / North Riverview with several years of experience. He is an IICRC certified WRT water damage restoration technician and leads by example. Ben has the background which he can put to work here as an apartment remodeler and has also been a football coach. When not working, Ben enjoys hunting, football, the outdoors, and he is the father of one child.

Frank is our operations manager and is a huge asset to our team. He has vast experience in construction, and it trickles into the organization and superior restoration services we offer. Leading our team with a "no matter what, can do" attitude, Frank is key in our company goals as well.

He has three children and four grandchildren who he spends time with any time he can. Enjoying cooking, reading and working out, Frank is admired both in the field and out.

Devin is a Restoration Technician on our crew who has a strong desire to learn, SERV and grow with our team! In his free time, he enjoys the ocean and fishing with friends and family in the beautiful waters of Tampa. His contagious, positive attitude is reflective in his favorite quote, "Whatever you dream can be made possible."

Elaina is our Office Manager, and a vital member of our SERVice team. She has a background in the Biomedical field which fuels the analytical qualities that she brings to our crew. When she is not working, you can find her playing pickleball or binge-watching some of her favorite shows. She has an affection for trying new foods, and her exploratory traits add to the fun of our team building as well.
