This is my review of the rebuild work that they completed for us after the water damage. Their response to the remediation was top notch. Their rebuild work was great as well. This is a review of the final result of new bathroom tile, vanity and new carpeting. Everything came out great in the end. There were some hiccups along the way including them having to replace their rebuild manager at the start of the project which led to some miscommunication with our insurance. There were also issues with the initial selections of materials and having to back and choose new ones. This caused some unnecessary delays in the project. All in all things got worked out and the Servpro team were nice enough through the whole process. I am very happy with the final product!
