Aaron is a valued member of our Production Team and has been with SERVPRO for over three years. He brings a positive attitude to every job and is known for keeping morale high while helping customers navigate challenging situations with confidence and reassurance. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys skateboarding and creating artwork in his free time.

Tyler has been part of the SERVPRO family for over 20 years and truly grew up around the business. From an early age, he spent countless days and nights in the office, beginning with tasks like stuffing envelopes and filing paperwork before working his way up to a Crew Technician role. Today, Tyler continues to play an important role on our team, bringing years of hands-on experience, dedication, and a strong work ethic to every job. His long-standing commitment and deep understanding of our operations make him a valuable asset to our company.

John is an Operation Manager. He comes with strength in organizational skills and managing people. He is highly respected within the SERVPRO Family. He is always there to help. He adores his three sons and extended family!

Pam serves as our Office Manager and is an essential part of our daily operations. With a strong background in customer care and billing, she ensures our clients receive attentive support while keeping the administrative side of every project organized and efficient. Pam is highly respected by the entire SERVPRO team for her professionalism, knowledge, and steady leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her children.

Shatie is a valued member of our SERVPRO team. With extensive industry experience, he brings strong technical knowledge, dedication, and a dependable work ethic to every project. Shatie is known for his positive attitude and great sense of humor, which make him a pleasure to work with and a strong contributor to our team’s success.

Cilia is an important member of our SERVPRO team and currently serves as our Contents Manager. With extensive cleaning experience and a strong attention to detail, she plays a key role in overseeing the care, inventory, and restoration of our customers’ belongings. Cilia is known for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to both our clients and our team. Her leadership and compassionate approach make her a valued part of our organization.

Jeff is a dedicated and dependable member of our team. He brings valuable experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to every job. Always willing to step in and help when needed, Jeff consistently demonstrates reliability and commitment. Known for staying focused and productive, he takes pride in his work and approaches each project with professionalism and care.

Bobby has been part of the SERVPRO family for over 20 years. After exploring other ventures, he has returned to SERVPRO and now serves as a Project Manager. With his extensive experience and deep understanding of restoration projects, Bobby brings leadership, expertise, and a steady hand to every job, making him a key contributor to our team’s success.

Barbara is a detail-oriented member of our team who approaches every task with care and precision. Known for her thoughtfulness and genuine concern for others, she contributes positively to the SERVPRO workplace every day. Outside of work, Barbara enjoys crafting and spending quality time with her dog, Ollie.

Kirsten is a full-time member of our SERVPRO team, serving in Human Resources. She has been with the company since 2019 and has gained experience across multiple departments, specializing in contents inventory and cleaning. Kirsten’s versatility, attention to detail, and dedication make her a valuable asset to both our team and our clients.

Gary is a skilled technician at SERVPRO of Hockessin/Elsmere, excelling in both water and fire damage restoration. Known for his positive attitude and energy, Gary brings professionalism and enthusiasm to every project, making him a valued member of our team.

Owen is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO, bringing energy, dedication, and expertise to every project. Since joining the team in the summer of 2022, he has developed a strong focus in HVAC and restoration work, quickly becoming a reliable and skilled leader. Owen’s enthusiasm and commitment make him a valuable part of our SERVPRO team.

Logan has been part of the SERVPRO team since his school days, working summers and weekends while attending Salesianum High School. After graduating from the Catholic University of America, he joined SERVPRO full-time and now serves as our Operations Manager. Logan brings valuable insight, strong leadership, and a clear vision for the company’s future growth, making him a key driver of our team’s success.

Blair is a valued member of our billing team at SERVPRO of Hockessin/Elsmere. Known for her energy, positivity, and spunky personality, she brings enthusiasm and efficiency to the office every day. Outside of work, Blair enjoys spending time with her family, and she pursues her passion as a makeup artist in her free time.

Jordan joined the SERVPRO team in the fall of 2022 and brings dedication and commitment to every project. In addition to his work with us, he serves as a local volunteer firefighter, demonstrating his strong sense of community and service. We are proud to have Jordan as a valued member of our team.

Steven previously worked with SERVPRO before relocating, and we are thrilled to have him back on our team. Known for his dedication, focus, and strong work ethic, Steven consistently delivers high-quality results and is a reliable asset to every project.

Kaylee is an administrative assistant her at SERVPRO of Brandywine/Wilmington. She enjoys spending time at the beach and being near the water. She has a dog the size of her that she adores. Kaylee is an avid reader and every time you see her she has a book in her hand.

Darryl joined our SERVPRO team as a technician in the late summer of 2024. In addition to his work with us, he serves as a local firefighter, bringing dedication, energy, and a positive attitude to every project. Darryl’s enthusiasm and commitment make him a valued member of our team.

Andrew has been a valued member of SERVPRO of Hockessin/Elsmere for over a year. He is knowledgeable, sharp, and holds an IICRC WRT Certification. Andrew excels at quickly analyzing and solving complex restoration challenges, making him a reliable and skilled technician on our team.

Anthony joined our SERVPRO team in March 2025 and brings experience in estimating and project management to our reconstruction division. Driven and motivated, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality results on every project. In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Juan joined our SERVPRO team in July 2025 as a Production Technician. Known for his strong work ethic and positive attitude, he is a valuable member of our demolition teams and takes pride in delivering quality service to every customer.

Chris joined our team in October 2025 as a mitigation technician. Although Chris is new to the restoration industry, he brings great energy, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn.

We’re excited to welcome Jake to the team as our newest Restoration Technician! A recent graduate of West Virginia University, Jake brings fresh knowledge, strong technical skills, and a drive to learn and grow in the restoration industry. His positive attitude and strong work ethic make him a great addition to our crew.

Jennifer joined our team as a Reconstruction Administrator! Jennifer plays a key role in keeping our reconstruction projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to customer service help create a seamless experience for both our team and the homeowners we serve. We are thrilled to have her as part of our growing team!

Bobby Jr. rejoined our SERVPRO team as a Crew Chief. With his experience in restoration and strong leadership on job sites, he helps ensure every project is handled efficiently and professionally.
