Had to contact SERVPRO concerning a water issue in my kitchen ceiling. Chris and Leroy were the team assigned to my request. They were timely in arriving at my home; were thorough in explaining everything that was going to happen with regard to the work to be done; made sure to explain each step to me; answered any and all of my questions; and did a superior job with work at hand and clean-up with the work done by SERVPRO and, in particular, Chris and Leroy and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.
