SERVPRO was hired by our insurance company after we discovered a leak under house upon returning from a 10 day vacation. The leak was repaired and then SERVPRO went to work. Our roof leaked into 3 bedroom ceilings during the last rain storm, very stressful. During the rains they sent over an emergency tarp service to stop the leak. After the rain stopped they came right away to provide an assessment of the water damage. Mathew and Clayton were great at communicating every step of the way. They set up containment for the removal and sanitation. They cleaned up everything so well, I was so impressed and thankful.
