I can honestly tell you that my experience with Servepro of Woodland Hills far exceeded my expectations! Once we realized we had a major water intrusion issue we called them and in about an hour one of their technicians showed up, assessed the situation and had fans and dehumidifiers going within two hours of our engagement phone call. Our tech, Mathew Olarte, is a true professional who not only knows his craft, but is an amazing human being and showed the upmost compassion in the middle of a huge disastrous household situation for us. I could not suggest an organization or an individual more highly to be called when you’re in need!

Brandon and his crew were great. We engaged them for fire restoration and a remodel. Because of their close relationship with the insurance company, they were able to help us get the maximum benefit, and eliminate the need to hire our own adjuster. They saved us a lot of money, and did an excellent job. Despite the tragedy of a fire, we are very happy with our restored and remodeled home.

I am writing this review because I was very happy with Nima Atighetchi, the lead technician, Nathan Ramirez, and Riley Hedding. I had mold remediation service and from the contract signing and throughout the process, Nima was very transparent and was there to explain every step of the job. Nathan Ramirez and his crew did a great job doing the demo and the mold clean up. Riley Hedding, the front office admin was a tremendous help with sending me the estimate and the invoices. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service- quality work, prompt service, and competitive pricing. I highly recommend!

Nima was super knowledgeable and honest with helping us with our house leak during this past storm. He was able to come out quickly and made sure to take care of us. As parents to a little one, we are very grateful!!
