If I could give SERVPRO 6 stars or even 7 stars, I would. We recently had a dead possum removed from our home and because of the stench it left, we called SERVPRO to come and clean the room. Going into it, we thought it was going to be a tiny job. It definitely was not, but Luis and his team were more than ready to handle the job.
I do not have enough good things to say about Luis. He answered all my questions before the project began, texted me to let me know his ETA as well as his team's, and followed up with me at the end of each day to let me know what the next steps would entail. Despite my countless questions, Luis never lost his patience in answering all of my questions. He walked me through every step of the way and made sure I understood every aspect of what was quoted to me for the project. He and his team made sure everything was properly packed up and stored away before the project began and made sure everything was placed back in its original place. I was SHOCKED. Nothing was out of order.
Though it was just a job to clean the room, we honestly feel the room was touched up so beautifully. We cannot thank Luis enough for everything he did for us. 11/10 would recommend SERVPRO to our family and friends.
