SERVPRO of Thousand Oaks

My mom’s microwave exploded in the middle of the night this past week, and left a horrendous electrical fire smell and smoke throughout her entire house. After several days of me helping her clean her house with certain products specific for the problem and trying to get the smell out, she called ServPro in Thousand Oaks, and they sent out Mike. Mike was phenomenal, told my mom exactly what she needed to do to get the smell out with better ways, and how to do it. It’s been only 24 hours since he visited, and already the smell is almost completely gone! Thank you Mike! You are the best. 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can’t recommend Mike and his crew highly enough. We had a mold issue in our home and Mike was so very knowledgeable, very helpful and reasonably priced… and also just a really nice person. Mold sucks, but Mike and his crew made the whole process a lot more tolerable and relatively easy to get through. 5-stars and highly recommend!

Mike and Tom were excellent to work with in a difficult time. They came out the same day that I inquired to give me an estimate. When it came to the scope of work and how the remediation plan was carried out they were incredibly conscientious about saving me repair and material costs by only removing what they needed to. At the same time, they made sure to address the issue completely to prevent longer term effects. If you’re in a tough spot with water, smoke, mold etc this should be your first call.

Mike is the best! He came out quickly and was able to powerwash the balcony area thoroughly. We will definitely give him a call again if anything comes up.

Mike was absolutely fantastic to work with. This was the second time we’ve used him for mold removal in our first home, and once again he went above and beyond. He came over as soon as possible to assess the situation and tape off the exposed area, and then was able to start the removal the very next day, which we really appreciated. Throughout the entire process he checked in with us, explained what he was doing, and made sure we were comfortable with every step. The week before Thanksgiving I had a slab leak and woke up to water on a Saturday morning. I called the local ServPro and lucky for me it was Mike and his team that answered. They were there very quickly and started the remediation immediately that day. Mike was amazing as he guided me through a VERY stressful time of water damage during the holiday season. His strong work ethic, kind, empathetic attitude made a huge difference on how my family was able to get through remediation and new construction. He and his staff have been so responsive and willing to do whatever they could to make this stressful situation feel calmer. I am so thankful for Mike and all that he has done to help put my house back together!

Mike Brooks and the T.O. ServPro team are an outstanding group! We had our basement flood during a heavy storm due to poor waterproofing and had to do mold remediation. They came and offered services above and beyond expectations, helping create negative air pressure so our family was safe as well as advising other contractors working on the site as it pertained to future mold prevention. They also set us up with a hydroxyl machine which has been cleaning the air in our home from tar smells that permeated after waterproofing that another contractor had installed. Hands down Greta service. I’m sure I’ll be calling on ServPro again!
