Can’t recommend Mike and his crew highly enough. We had a mold issue in our home and Mike was so very knowledgeable, very helpful and reasonably priced… and also just a really nice person. Mold sucks, but Mike and his crew made the whole process a lot more tolerable and relatively easy to get through. 5-stars and highly recommend!
Mike and Tom were excellent to work with in a difficult time. They came out the same day that I inquired to give me an estimate. When it came to the scope of work and how the remediation plan was carried out they were incredibly conscientious about saving me repair and material costs by only removing what they needed to. At the same time, they made sure to address the issue completely to prevent longer term effects. If you’re in a tough spot with water, smoke, mold etc this should be your first call.
Mike is the best! He came out quickly and was able to powerwash the balcony area thoroughly. We will definitely give him a call again if anything comes up.

The week before Thanksgiving I had a slab leak and woke up to water on a Saturday morning. I called the local ServPro and lucky for me it was Mike and his team that answered. They were there very quickly and started the remediation immediately that day. Mike was amazing as he guided me through a VERY stressful time of water damage during the holiday season. Mike Brooks and the T.O. ServPro team are an outstanding group! We had our basement flood during a heavy storm due to poor waterproofing and had to do mold remediation. They came and offered services above and beyond expectations, helping create negative air pressure so our family was safe as well as advising other contractors working on the site as it pertained to future mold prevention. They also set us up with a hydroxyl machine which has been cleaning the air in our home from tar smells that permeated after waterproofing that another contractor had installed.
