Meet Our Team

Roy is the CEO of SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro and Stockton. He has been in the cleaning and restoration industry since the late 1990’s and has owned and operated his SERVPRO franchises since 2006. Roy is Master Certified in the IICRC with more than ten certifications. He leads his team of highly qualified professionals with a "Lead from wherever he's needed" attitude.

Tammy is our VP of the Central Valley. She oversees the development and growth of our crew from Stockton to Livermore and wherever the need may be in between. Having vested 12 years, Tammy is a staple at Team Drake. She is known for her extensive knowledge in Fire Damage processes, traveling for storm events, and creating a family atmosphere for her team. She has been in the restoration industry since 2003 - wearing many hats and never turning away from a challenge. She has earned IICRC: Water, ASD, Fire and Odor Control certifications. Tammy is most proud of her role to serve the community of Stockton!

Monica is the Office Manager of our Stockton location. She has become a cornerstone of our team. Starting her journey as an administrative assistant back in 2017, she has demonstrated exceptional versatility and commitment, evolving into her current role. Her extensive experience spans across various departments, where she has played a crucial roles in scheduling, collections, invoicing, estimating, intake, and taking care of customer concerns. Her willingness to lend a hand wherever needed has not only streamlined operations but also fostered a collaborative environment. We are very privileged to have Monica as a part of our team and her role in our office has been key in our success and will continue to be for our future.

Felicia has been an invaluable member of our team for the past year, bringing her bright, positive attitude to the office every day. As our Administrative Assistant/AR Specialist, she is known for her unwavering support across all departments, her dedication makes her a true asset to our team. We are excited to see all the wonderful contributions she will continue to make in the future!

Kelsey serves as the estimator for SERVPRO of Stockton/Livermore. With many years of industry experience, she has become an invaluable asset to our team. Her expertise in MICA and Xactimate has been instrumental in driving success and efficiency. Kelsey’s collaborative spirit and willingness to share her knowledge have greatly benefited SERVPRO Team Drake, fostering growth and teamwork.

Lisa Fowler, our Marketing Coordinator, has been with the team for almost 8 years, bringing invaluable experience and insight. Having previously served as an SMR, she has a strong understanding of the business and its objectives. Lisa focuses on creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. By coordinating promotional events and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, she plays a key role in strengthening the company's presence in the market and supporting its continued growth.

Moises is our Marketing Coordinator. He is the administrator of all of our social media. Moises works in the community/public relations field by developing business bonds and providing educational opportunities for outside parties. He works side-by-side with the Administration and Production team as well as our customer service field.

Rogelio Jauregui has been with SERVPRO Team Drake for three years, serving as a dedicated Crew Chief. Certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), he actively engages in opportunities for development and is committed to supporting the company's continued growth.

Alex Corralejo recently joined SERVPRO Team Drake as a Crew Chief, bringing valuable experience to the role. He is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration (WRT). His dedication to learning and growth has allowed him to quickly adapt to the team’s high standards and goals, making him a promising addition to our crew.

JJ Camacho is a skilled production technician who has been an integral part of SERVPRO Team Drake for the past two years. Reliable and experienced, JJ is also one of our valued bilingual crew members. His dependability and consistent contributions ensure the smooth execution of every job, making him a key asset to our team

Oscar Mora is a dedicated production technician who has quickly proven his strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. His positive attitude and commitment to developing new skills make him a valuable and promising member of SERVPRO Team Drake.

Fernando Arellano is a production technician and a recent addition to SERVPRO Team Drake. He has already shown a strong interest in the company’s growth and success, bringing a proactive attitude and a keen willingness to learn. Fernando is also certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration (WRT).
