Highly Recommend ServPro—Ask for Jose! Dealing with an insurance claim for a water leak is incredibly stressful, but working with ServPro was an absolute dream. While the remediation process was neither quick nor easy, our project manager, Jose, provided exceptional communication every single step of the way. I had a flood. Rogelio and all the crew that came with him were courteous, considerate of my house (and me!) and performed their work as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have yet to receive my bill so I cannot comment about the cost of the service.
