About Us
SERVPRO of South Shasta County has been independently and locally owned and operated by Doug and Deann Williams. We have been serving the North State areas of Redding CA, Anderson CA, Cottonwood CA and surrounding areas since we've been established in 2000.

In 33 years in the cleaning industry, I’ve never ventured in to restoration. Not only do you have to have the education, certifications in all categories for restoration from Water, Fire, Mold. Servpro really came through for us. We had some flooding in our house, and they showed up right away to handle the mitigation. Trevor and his team were very helpful after we had a loss from a wind storm. There was water leaks in several places on 3 different parts of the house. They were able to help with the insurance process as well as provide advice. I would definitely recommend them.

Doug came out to my rental property today to go over a cat urine smell problem we are having. We have been trying to take care of the problem on our own and haven't been successful. He was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. He was able to show us where problem areas were still and what to look for.
