On June 19, 2022 the wash machine hose of our upstairs neighbors' washer detached from the machine and flooded both their unit and ours. Fortunately, our neighbor called SERVPRO as soon as he discovered the problem, and they were here within 25 minutes, which was amazing, considering that this was a Sunday morning. The workers immediately began to mop up the water in almost every room of our condo and to protect household items that were getting wet from water that kept coming down through the ceiling via light fixtures even after the water was shut off. They were kind, understanding and very professional, patiently answering all our questions and telling us what to expect in the next few days. They set up 9 fans and 3 dehumidifiers to get rid of all the moisture as a way to prevent mold, and they had to come back for eight days to monitor the drying process until everything was finally dry. They came on time every single day, and even a bit early on some days. On the last day they carefully put rugs and furniture back into place. You couldn't ask for harder-working, more helpful, more professional people to deal with a dreadful mess. I highly recommend this company to anyone who's suffered a major disaster. They'll get you through it.
Marco and his team helped my family through the difficult process of removing the water damaged interior of my home after a water hose broke and flooded my house while I was on vacation. Marco's team responded to the late night phone call to help deal with the flood. His team was at the house in less than an hour and began the restoration/demolition process. We used SERVPRO to remediate a water leak from a washing machine that damaged the floors / walls and led to a large project to replace almost all of the floors in the house, repaint, and put it all back together again, including asbestos removal along the way. Pedro V. was so helpful through out the process in communicating where things stood, answering questions, pushing contractors to complete their work, and helping us make decisions to come to the best answer. We are so happy with the completed project, and especially thankful for Pedro's guidance in the process.
