Jozy and JC at ServPro Santa Barbara were great.They were professional, courteous, and you could tell they both really cared about doing a great job. They helped locate additional leaks under our house aside from the water leak we hired them to clean up for us. The remediation process was easy and we didn't have to leave our home. The spray that was used had no odor at all. I trust both Jozy and JC to give me honest advice and service. We were in good hands with them and with ServPro Santa Barbara.

Servpro of Santa Barbara is awesome! Came quickly for a plumbing/flood issue and immediately went to work helping us mitigate the situation with as minimal damage as possible to our property. Project Manager JC and Crew Chief Jozy were kind and helpful in a stressful situation, advising us every step of a multi-day process of clean out, dry out, demo and now remodel. Also helpful with insurance claims. Couldn't have done it without them and they are accomplishing in days what would have taken us weeks (months?) to sort out and rebuild. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! The technicians arrived on time and did a great job with no dust or dirt in the house despite getting out decades of dust with their marvelous machine. This was in dramatic contrast to my experience with Stanley Steamer. I made an appointment for noon to 5, rearranged my work schedule, and was notified at about 2 in the afternoon that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because his last job ran long. I explained that I work and this was a real problem. He said what we need to was schedule for 8 to 9 am so I would be first. We did. At about 8:30 I got a call that they had taken another job first and wouldn't be able to be there until the afternoon. That totally didn't work for my schedule, so I cancelled and called Servpro. I am so happy that I did!

Everyone from Servpro Santa Barbara is professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. They stayed in constant communication with me during the whole project, from remediation, inspection, to finishing reconstruction. I would highly recommend Servpro SB for any construction or restoration needs.

Our master bathroom rebuild is now complete and it was the best experience we’ve had with a contractor. The credit for that goes to the project manager, Pedro Velazquez, who kept us well informed and provided guidance throughout the entire process. The 84 inch double sink vanity I selected online wouldn’t work with our plumbing so Pedro came up with a very similar design to accommodate our existing water pipes. He also managed to remove two large mirrors, one 84 inches wide, that we were able to re-use, which saved us from an added expense. The workers were all professional and told us what they were going to do during the day and what was done at the end of the day. They were all respectful and answered all our questions fully. At the end of the day the work area was always tidy. It was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend ServPro.
