I had an excellent experience with Servpro. We had a grease fire on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I called on Saturday and spoke with Bola and he came the very next day to measure the damages and left 4 air scrubbers running to remove the smoke smell. He sent a team the following week to start cleaning and packing our personal items. I met with Russell, Emmanuel, Stanley, and Armando who worked tirelessly for one week during the heatwave. They were so careful with our things and packed every single item without cutting corners. Russell’s communication was clear throughout the whole process and kept me updated at the end of each day. After our rental was cleaned by a different restoration company, Russell and Emmanuel came back to help move all the boxes back in and assist with unpacking. Even my mom appreciated their kindness and enjoyed their company. This was by far the best fire restoration company we worked with during the process. I’m very grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone needing fire restoration services.

I strongly believe in a saying that if you don’t have anything good to say don’t say anything at all. Servpro is the best contractor my husband and I ever worked with. We had a water damaged from a washing machine. First their professionalism and respect for my time. ALWAYS on time and a lot of time waiting for me(coming home from dropping off my children at school). From Russell Mckeown the Project Manager, his people who build back the wall, painted it and putting back the tiles Alfonso and his 2 assistant. And I thought what they showed was unbeatable. When Kayode Okunuga the Estimator send his people t replaced the 1st flr… ohh my I am so overwhelmed with their total workmanship knowledge extremely easy to talk to and always come solution and mind you a majority of it was not tied up with the increase/ changes of the contract price. Jorge and his 2 assistant are so respectful of my sleeping time ( I work graveyard). And Brandon and his partner (with gold teeth😊)who took care of the closet and the living room furniture’s were so careful and even Alicia from their accounting very professional. I can not ask for more better than this people who make their company flourish and successful. They deserve to be praised for the great service that my family received. And by the way their pricing were Very competitive. Someday if we will have a house project I know who we will get. Because what we just had was an emergency. I never expect to find an absolutely amazing construction company and people who will not take advantage of our emergency situation. I hope I said enough expressing my gratitude to all of them. I would highly recommend using this company. Trisha was particularly helpful during a difficult and stressful time of dealing with sudden water damage, mold mitigation, and construction repairs. The entire team was helpful and professional and made the chaotic process as seamless as possible.
