SERVPRO is the greatest!! I had a kitchen fire (next time I want fried chicken, I'll drive to KFC) that almost burned my house down. The damage was limited to the kitchen but there was soot all over the house...walls & ceilings. Props to the Hayward Fire Dept. Station #7 for getting there in 2 minutes! 
The 5 woman crew from SERVPRO worked 3 days and they cleaned everything....even things that were non fire damage dirty. They emptied my kitchen cabinets and cleaned them thoroughly. They packed all my dishes and stuff and kept them in storage until done. They were very courteous and professional and worked well beyond my expectations. I would give ten stars if I could.

We had a terrible flood in our office building. Three floors were affected and the walls, floors, ceilings, and workstations all needed to be dried and repaired. Jose was very understanding and explained that he and his crew would do all they can to get us online and back in business ASAP. He made us feel that we were SERVPRO’s only clients and that got us feeling much better. The Techs were efficient, professional and compassionate. This made all the difference. SERVPRO should be one of the first calls you make after a major storm rolls through. That last one tore some roof shingles off the house, and being an older home, water was leaking in several areas, including the garage. SERVPRO arrived quickly and began gathering and removing the debris from the trees and what hand come off the roof. The team also began removing the water from the rain leaking in. They did their job quickly and prevented major water damage to the walls and likely mold growth. I highly recommend them when these storms come through the area.

One of the old trees in the yard was knocked down during a recent windy rain storm. It fell on the roof and caused some major damage. SERVPRO got a crew to us within a couple hours after I called and got moving! They cleaned up the parts of the roof that were in the yard and in the room they landed in. they picked up the fallen tree and got it prepped for removal, which they also handled! They were quick and very efficient. If the next storm causes damage, I am ready to call SERVPRO.

SERVPRO really came through for us in a big way! I manage the facilities at a large, regional car dealership that was broken into over a weekend, late at night. The alarm went off and I arrived shortly after the Police to find a large glass door and several glass window panels shattered with glass shards and sharp pieces scattered all over the front steps, entrance ramp, and showroom. This was a bad scene and not only unsafe for customers and employees but it was important to get cleaned up and boarded up very quickly. Even while the Insurance and Police were still there, SERVPRO responded immediately and their crew was hard at work with vacuums and brooms within minutes! Then they put up the secure wood sheets to provide the security we needed until everything was rebuilt. Quick to arrive, skilled, and professional.
