On February 14th, 2026, I noticed water flowing within my garage and traced it to a serious leak occurring from an upstairs shower. The stain on the garage ceiling was 5’x5’ and on the right hand side, it was dripping steadily. Needless to say, it was an emergency situation that had happened on a 3 day weekend. Once I made contact with my insurance provider, we began the process of assessing the damage and the origin of the water leak. Following that, I was immediately contacted by Art Benavidez from SERVPRO. He visited with me and was very professional and calming. On the very next day, a team of three gentlemen, Edwin, team lead, Ulysses and Caesar, went to work immediately. They were all professional, polite and efficient. The job wasn’t easy by no means as it was cold and rainy however they stayed the course and within 2 days had everything under control and completed their work by installing powerful fans and dehumidifiers in both my garage and upstairs shower. Once everything had dried a couple of days later, they then proceeded to sand the affected wood and sprayed a microbial solution to prevent mold. I was impressed by their diligence and knowledge and would give them the highest rating possible as they took a bad situation and made it better. Their team did a clean and thorough job addressing all affected areas, opening cabinets where needed, and making sure everything was properly dried and handled with care. Sharing my recent experience with ServPro. Found a bunch of water in kitchen on a Sunday morning just over a week ago. Called insurance then ServPro. Within 2 hours Art was at our house and within 24 hours started the cleanup work. 1 week later all ready for repairs. Havent had an issue like this before so expected the worst but such a positive experience with Art and the team. Highly recommend. Art Benavidaz, Edwin Lopez and Rafael Vejar make a great team and while I hope to not have this happen again, I'll definitely call ServPro.

Servpro's technicians Edwin and Art came to my rescue when I had a major plumbing leak that affected two rooms. They packed and moved my belongings to a pod. Then removed and treated the damaged areas with skill and safety. They were very kind and considerate. I highly recommend them.
