Carlos and his colleague finished the job on time and later on John Ron also joined them to help. John also came out after few days to take a look and confirmed everything looks fine and its all back to normal.
I like their professionalism, punctuality and friendliness, Would highly recommend them anytime!
John Ron came and was informative, removed hardwoods, moved refrigerator, and stove, cleaned up and did an excellent job, I would highly recommend him and the service.

Just wanted to jump on and give a huge shoutout to SERVPRO of Pleasanton and Dublin. We realized we had a huge water leak in our kitchen Friday around 5:00 and called them not knowing what to do. They came right out. We wanted to do our own repairs and Carlos walked us through exactly what he would do even after realizing it wasn't going to be a job for them. He truly cared and went above and beyond for us. They are knowledgeable and professional. We are so thankful for them! He even offered to help give us advice while we do our repairs. If you want to support a locally owned business who actually cares call them!
