After a bathroom pipe cracked and water ran for 2–3 days while no one was home, our 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and hallway were flooded. We arrived home after a long weekend to find the dishwasher had malfunctioned, flooding the kitchen and leaving our hardwood floor a mess. Our insurance company said the next step was to get a flood mitigation team to assess the damage and determine needed mitigation steps. We called Servpro Pleasanton/Dublin and Carlos arrived promptly, answered our many questions, and calmed our stress levels. A preliminary report and estimate was sent the following day and Carlos continued to check in on us throughout the process. After the initial visit, SR, Luis, and Armando arrived to seal the off the affected area and set up the fans and dehumidifier. They were here almost daily for more than a week to check the moisture levels and adjusted the machines to give the best results for drying under the cabinets. They were patient with us and always answered our questions. Armando came the last day to treat and seal the area under the sink to address our last stated concerns.
