We arrived home after a long weekend to find the dishwasher had malfunctioned, flooding the kitchen and leaving our hardwood floor a mess. Our insurance company said the next step was to get a flood mitigation team to assess the damage and determine needed mitigation steps. We called Servpro Pleasanton/Dublin and Carlos arrived promptly, answered our many questions, and calmed our stress levels. A preliminary report and estimate was sent the following day and Carlos continued to check in on us throughout the process. After the initial visit, SR, Luis, and Armando arrived to seal the off the affected area and set up the fans and dehumidifier. They were here almost daily for more than a week to check the moisture levels and adjusted the machines to give the best results for drying under the cabinets. They were patient with us and always answered our questions. Armando came the last day to treat and seal the area under the sink to address our last stated concerns. We cannot say enough positive things about the team at Servpro Pleasanton/Dublin and their professionalism, and respect for us, the homeowners, and our property. Servpro was amazing from the moment that Lisa answered my call. Not knowing what to do, waking up to an unexpected nightmare. Bathroom upstairs leaked into several rooms, through the floor and down to our first floor. She reassured me that the team would be in touch shortly and soon after that Carlos was out to access the damage.
