Meet Our Team

Travis is our General Manager he has been a part of our team for over 14 years. He holds the following IICRC certifications: (WTR) Water Damage Restoration Technician, (AMRT) Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, (TCST) Trauma and Crime Scene Technician and (RRT) Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician. Travis has a can-do attitude and refuses to stop until the job is done right! You can always Trust Travis and his team to serve you.

In his spare time Travis enjoys the outdoors; he likes fishing and bow hunting.

Josh has been with SERVPRO for 13 years he is here to ensure everyone in the community knows about SERVPRO and what services we can provide for you. Josh has the following certifications, IICRC WRT: Water Damage Restoration, IICRC ASD: Applied Structrual Drying, CMRC Certified Mold Remediation Contractor, Employee Cert Training Program Water/Fire/Carpet & Upholstery.

Josh enjoys to be with his family on his spare time.

Elizabeth has been with SERVPRO since 2016 she has a degree in Chemistry and is our Auditing Specialist, she audits all jobs from start to finish. Elizabeth also gathers all the pertinent information about your loss, and produces an estimate that will explain our plans of returning your home or business back into preloss condition.

She helps keep the office running seamlessly, greeting her team and customers with a warm, professional attitude, on her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her German Shepard Rex.

Sol Pacheco is our Sales & Marketing Manager she is the newest member to our SERVPRO family, joined our team in January 2020 with a strong background in sales, advertising, staffing and marketing. Sol leads the way by example in reaching out to our communities to offer exceptional services. Sol is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and well known throughout our community. She is always ready to lend a helping hand and available for any task that comes her way.

On her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and competing in Spartan Races throughout the year.

Alex is an IIRC certified water technician. Alex has been with SERVPRO of Pismo Beach for over five years. He has handled over 1,000 water damages and continues to do so every day. On his free time, Alex loves to spend time with his family and visit Disneyland.

David is our contents specialist. David has been with SERVPRO of Pismo Beach for over five years. He has handled over 500 content pack outs. He is the guy you can trust to remove your contents safely from getting damaged. Outside of work, David likes to spend time with his family and watch all the movies on Netflix.

Joe is one of our repairs specialist. Joe has been with SERVPRO of Pismo Beach for over two years. He is a repairs specialist who can repair anything! On his free time Joe likes to play soccer and stay active.
