We had an excellent experience with SERVPRO of Pasadena North and I strongly recommend them. From beginning to end, everyone we worked with was consistently pleasant, responsive, and communicative. I always knew what was happening, what the next steps were, and whenever I had a question or concern, I received a call back right away. What impressed me most was how much they advocated for our home during the insurance process. Their team identified more water damage than the insurance adjuster initially planned to allow for, and they took the initiative to meet with the adjuster at our home and explain why additional demolition was necessary. It gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing that someone knowledgeable was making sure the damage was addressed properly rather than simply accepting the initial assessment. Water damage and dealing with insurance can be incredibly confusing and stressful, and throughout the entire process I felt that SERVPRO was honest, straightforward, and looking out for our best interests. I never felt like they were trying to upsell us or recommend work that wasn't necessary. Instead, I felt like we had a team we could genuinely trust. Their communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to advocate for us made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. I would absolutely use SERVPRO of Pasadena North again and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or restoration work.

I called Servpro of Pasadena North to assess some dark areas on the baseboards in a condominium I was listing. Sure enough it was mold and needed to be remediated prior to putting the home on the market. The team was quick, and patient and respectful to my elderly seller, and the office staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this Servpro to anyone needing their services.

We were originally assigned to the Burbank office for our water damage and they were the worst. Completely unresponsive and never got anything done for months. Then, we finally called ServPro Pasadena and asked them to take over. They quickly took care of everything the right way and communicated with us throughout the whole process. I would recommend this location to anyone.

We had the best experience working with Servpro after our bathroom experienced water damage and had to be restored. Javier and Enrique came through every single day and worked tirelessly for essentially a whole month, while the additional contractors and experts Servpro recommended helped make sure every facet of the project was done with the utmost professionalism and specialization. Andy and his crew were hired to replace my insulation after the Eaton Fire. The company my insurance company recommended and hired to do the post fire remediation removed the attic insulation but failed to mention they never replaced it. I got approval for ServePro to finish what was left undone. Andy showed up early and he and his crew completed the work promptly. He showed me pictures of the completed work. Everyone on his crew was friendly, polite and hard working. I would highly recommend them and give them ten stars if I could. Thank you. You guys are the best.

Servpro did an amazing job for us! We had water damage in our bathroom and they helped with every aspect from the water remediation, demo, re-construction, and even with insurance. Everybody on their team from the water remediation/demo team to the super hard working construction team was amazing. We really appreciate all the hard work and will recommend them to everybody.

After the fire danger was over, I knew I had to get my house and property cleaned for smoke, sut damage, and contamination. I didn't exactly know who to call for such services. I saw the green vehicles and crews of ServPro in many locations in the city performing cleaning and restorations for other homeowners. So, I gave them a call to start the process. The folks at ServPro really knew their stuff on how to handle a variety of situations. This put me at ease that I had made the right call. Their people answered all my questions and always kept me informed. They handled all the paperwork and interactions with my insurance company. Their people working in the field at my house were experienced, careful, efficient and very well organized. Their people in the field also answered any questions I had regarding the packing up & cleaning process. Seeing how they worked and stayed on schedule put my mind at ease that this job was going to get done right. When the job was done my attic was clean with new insulation, new ac ducting, all the rooms were cleaned, the furnace and ac were cleaned tuned up and tested, and new flooring for the bedrooms was installed. Once done they brought back all of our stuff from the pack out. Our house pretty much looked like it did when we first moved in so many years ago. Almost a brand-new home. All the folks in the office and the field crews worked hard, quickly and efficiently to get me and my dad back into our home. They truly made a very stressful event in our lives as smooth as possible. It also helps to be calm and patient because this is not a "one and you're and done" kind of job. It's truly a process. All of the people at ServPro had our back and I am thankful for all of their hard work and the services they provided. I would recommend these folks to anyone who is in need of their services.
