Unfortunately, due to an indoor hot water heater flooding a portion of our house, I called SERVPRO ASAP; they got here quickly...did their clean up in a very professional manner until all work was completed. They made the messy clean up, tolerable. Each of their men and their office staff kept me up to date at all times and answered any and all my questions as to each phase until the work was finished. The team of SERVPRO ( Abraham,Julio,and Kat) was very professional. Julio explained in detail the work that was being done and updated me often on the progress by showing me some pictures of my attic. All workmen were very careful bringing in their equipment so my wooden floors wouldn’t get damaged and put plastic down everywhere so not too much dust was getting around. Once the job was done they cleaned up nicely. Very friendly people.
