I would just like to leave a comment to the experience I received from SERVPRO. Without going into the detail of the gruesome experience of the water damage I got when when I walked into my newly purchased home in Ventura. Casey was my first contact. I related to her the water leak from a pvc pipe under the kitchen sink and how it had spread throughout the whole ground floor. That was on a Sunday (10/11/2020). Before you know it a team of guys show up and assess the situation and a plan to mediate the problem. All the drywall was tested for moisture and air movers were brought in. It was noisy but I knew it was needed. Couple days later, the walls were not drying, so they proceeded to cut the bottom part of the drywall to insure dryness and mold prevention. The team of Casey, Jason Hulette, James Meza were there everyday checking the walls. My Farmers insurance were thrilled because they received an accurate description from which they could base the damage.
James, the Tech, was especially compassionate since he knew their were two senior citizens in the home. Went over and beyond my expectations
