The mold cleanup and restoration process begins when you call us. Our specialist will ask a series of questions to help us determine the necessary equipment, resources, and personnel needed for you and your home.
Inspection and Mold Damage Assessment

Mold Containment
We use various containment procedures to prevent the spread and cross-contamination of mold. All fans and heating and cooling systems will be turned off to prevent the spread as our professionals work to mitigate your mold problem.

What was most remarkable is that they worked around the closet shelf so that I would not have the added expense of replacing it. You know for sure when they are finished and all equipment is removed that the job is done and everything is completely dried as efficiently as possible. And by the way, the office staff is superb. They answer immediately and give you precise details on process and cost on every aspect of the work and email estimated details and invoices upon request and can tell you exactly what the schedule is for each day and make adjustments if necessary. This business really puts the "PRO" in service.

SERVPRO made a horrible situation, a little more tolerable. When you require a service like this come to your home, you are already feeling the stress of the situation and the potential of displacement and financial commitment, but add the current heat wave and COVID-19 concerns, I was really feeling the pressure. I had a leak from my air conditioning system and it had poured through my kitchen ceiling and the ceiling can lights. As a single mom that just started teaching virtually the day this happened, as well as my kids starting virtual school the same day also, I was at my breaking point. But when Jason Hulette and James Meza arrived the same day to assess the damage, I felt a huge relief. They were professional, organized, and knowledgeable. They needed to complete testing and position drying machinery in my home, but they used plastic and easily removable tape to seal off the area. Michelle, from their main office, called me daily to check on things and to schedule the next appointment around my availability.
