Due to significant water damage from the last rain, Servpro of Northwest Long Beach came to rescue. Talked to dispatch and the very next day one of their project managers showed up and accessed the damage. Drywalls had to be removed and having experienced with previous contractors, I expected dust & debris left behind. I was honestly shocked, not a drop of anything, no dust. Unfortunately we had a pipe leak in our home, after contacting a couple of restoration companies, Henry was able to get a crew out immediately to my home & extract the water. I would totally be using Servpro of Northwest LB in the future.

Working with servpro on the demolition for my garage wall (due to water damage) was a seamless process. The workers and main office were responsive, timely and communicative. Miguel did a fantastic job with the demolition. He kept me informed every step of the way and his work was very thorough. Lauren at the main office was extremely helpful throughout the process.
