After having a house fire, the fire department told me you're going to want to work with a remediation company. Do not try and clean this all by yourself looking at these Google reviews I figured let me call Servpro of North Fremont. I want to start by saying not all Servpros are the same. They are individually owned and operated and it makes a difference. Within an hour 4 OTHER remediation companies came To the house like ambulance chasers. So unprofessional and it felt like they were vultures. This is what I Love about ServPro of North Fremont. extremely responsive, very professional, caring and honest. They walked me through the whole process, got to work right away, let me Know every step and always checked in with how we were doing. Ramsin and his team are phenomenal. I say this is who you call first. Don't look anywhere else! They treat you like family and it shows! Took great care in packaging everything for storage, and returning when done. They also partner with amazing people if contractors are needed! Highly recommend!

I called Ransin about a water spill last year, he came over and left a dryer unit in our bathroom over the weekend and didn't even charge us! Incredibly generous, we will definitely call him first next time there's any issue.
