We had a deck leak during the March torrential rains which caused water and mold damage to the drywall in the closet beneath it. I got 3 proposals to do the moisture/mold remediation. While SERVPRO of Newport Beach was not the lowest, Jorge Vinalay clearly explained the process, and his professionalism and experience won our business. He is the GM and was the PM for our project and stayed on top of things. Sergio, Josh and the crew were very detailed in prepping the carpet with plastic, setting up the containment plastic walls, equipment and wore booties to protect the floors.
