Meet Daniel! Our Crew Chief, he has been with SERVPRO of Highland/ North Redlands for a little over 5 yrs. Daniel can be described as a dependable hard working employee with a great attitude towards life. The middle child of 3 siblings who grew up in Oregon enjoys his time off with his lovely wife and daughter eating pizza and watching basketball. We asked Daniel what his favorite part of his job is, he responded "The adrenaline rush I get when responding to a home that I know it's going to be a big job". We want to thank Daniel for his great work ethic and effort, you don't go unnoticed.

Meet Yadi, she is funny, smart and has such a welcoming attitude about her. Her contagious laugh can brighten up a room instantly. She has been with SERVPRO of Highland / North Redlands for only 4 month as our Administrative Assistant but wow she has become such a valuable player to our team. Our San Fernando Valley girl is the youngest of 3. Recently Married to the love of her life and has adopted the cutest dog named Miklo. Our whole office has now become great sushi lovers because of her. She may seem calm but this girl has a spunk about her, if she is not riding motorcycles with her husband on the weekend she is watching her favorite sports on the big screen. As our up and coming Admin we asked her what her favorite part of her job is so far, she mentioned "Learning something new everyday and being able to help others". Yadi we really enjoy working with you and excited to see you grow with us.

Monique is our office manager here at SERVPRO of Highland/ North Redlands. She comes from many years of office experience - but can wear many hats as needed. Monique is a cat mom to 1 male named, Ocean. Her interests are photography, videography, crafting, baking & design. She was born in Torrance, CA and raised in the south bay area. Her favorite part of her job is the fast paced environment. Being under pressure is when Monique works best - & also in silence. Thank you Monique we appreciate everything you do for the team.

Meet Gustavo, our Construction Manager. He has been with SERVPRO for 10 great years, Gustavo is certified in HVAC , Electrical, & plumbing. Born in Culver City & raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco Gustavo is the middle child of 4. He has a twin sister, can ride horses/bulls & is a black belt in Karate. When we asked what's his favorite part of his job, He answered with a big smile " The reactions our clients give when the job is complete and they get their home back". It's really admirable how you always see projects through from conception to completion. Thank you Gustavo for always being so nice and happy even when things are tough. You are a great leader and we appreciate you.

Meet Fernando A.K.A Fernan, he has been a technician with SERVPRO for 6 years. His leadership skills and outstanding personality comes from being the oldest sibling of 3, our Chapin loves to play & watch Soccer in his spare time. He says "if you don't go for Real Madrid then you are not watching real soccer.", he is such a jokester. Fernan lives a very healthy lifestyle, loves to run and hike the local mountains and eat Flame Broiler. We asked him what his favorite part of the job is and he mentioned " Besides getting paid on Fridays, I enjoy doing mold clean ups". Thank you for always contributing to the team. We are continually impressed with your work.

Meet our Technician Miguel a.k.a Michael, he has been with the company for about 8 months. His positive mindset and go getter attitude has brought him to grow with us. In his spare time if he is not watching Barcelona play he enjoys going to the casino. Michael is originally from Fontana CA but grew up with his 4 brothers in Guadalajara Mexico, which explains his great taste for Tortas ahogadas. He has 2 sons that he loves and adores very much. As a family man we admire his hard work ethic and eagerness to succeed with SERVPRO of Highland/ North Redlands. We asked what his favorite part of the job is, responding "I really enjoy meeting and working with new people everyday!". Thank you Michael, we appreciate you and all your hard work.
