SERVPRO Demo group beyond five stars if I may. I didn’t go wrong choosing SERVPRO group after the huge leak at my house. was very scared but SERVPRO was here the morning after the ceiling collapse and assured us to feel safe. First of all Rudy the PM is very informative of the steps and educated me beyond what’s going to happen after the damage of our property. Felt at ease because we chose to go with the real Pros. Rudy deserves more than 10 stars!! I also want to thank the guy who cleaned the room the morning after the ceiling collapse, I wasn’t able to get his name, he was with Rudy during the first day. The guy cleaned the entire room and he set the high standard. Though the room was completely messed up, the guy left the us very amazed at how SERVPRO team is committed to excellence. Danny and Robert did a fantastic job too like most the of team. The duo respected my property and did the demo meticulously.
