My kitchen ceiling started leaking from bathroom upstairs in February. Statefarm insurance referred 2 companies. Both were fast coming to my house, but Krishna of SERVPRO has the fancy gauges showing the humidity levels, distance , so he could offer the estimate on the spot based on affected area size.
The mitigation part started quickly after Statefarm approved. Within 4 days , the ceiling became dry and sanitized. The team came to check every day, polite and on time, Wearing mask and shoe covers, the last day they even mopped the floor When left the house. The whole process has been fast, clean, professional and left me no trouble.
Krishna is a promising manager , who is very polite, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions and responded quickly on phone and texting. He is a great young man all bosses wish for, and customers would like to work with next time.
