Many times, home emergencies happen on a weekend or the middle of the night. Ours was both. It happened early on a Saturday morning at 1230 am on February 7, 2026. We discovered the hot water valve to our washer malfunctioned and leaked water onto the laundry room floor behind our washing machine and went undetected for we don't know how long. The water leaked through the ceiling of our garage directly below the laundry room. We contacted SERVPRO Highland/North Redlands and Csaba arranged for a water mitigation crew to come out later that morning to set up the necessary dehumidifiers. Iris, SERVPRO's Office Manager, stayed on top of things throughout our entire dealings with SERVPRO by always updating us and coordinating the times for their specific services. A crew returned a few days later to remove the humidifiers and fans. Arrangements were made through Iris for a crew to begin demolition and antimicrobial treatment of the affected areas of our laundry room and garage. The workers Chris, Joel, and Marvin were all friendly and polite, clean-cut and well-groomed, arrived on time, explained the work they were performing, hauled away all debris and cleaned up the areas they worked in. Csaba's rates are very reasonable. I would hire Csaba and his SERVPRO Highland/North Redlands Crew again and will be recommending him to my family, friends, and neighbors.
The "demo" team- (Chris, Freddy, Luis, Chuy and Iris) earned the 5 star rating. They worked clean and professional, but also were very helpful and accommodating. Iris was also very friendly and prompt to respond to our concerns. During this stressful time they were empathetic and comforting.
Gustavo did a very good job. We appreciated his prompt replies whenever we called him as well. Gustavo was always professional and polite. Also, Servpro did a great job servicing our home for the water damage issue. Csaba gave us a reasonable estimate for all the work done, especially for our backsplash. Thanks again to Csaba, Gustavo, and the entire Servpro team. I'd like to add that Monique was always so kind and courteous on the phone when I had a question or needed assistance with anything.
We had major water damage Daniel and his team arrived very quickly and did a nice job cleaning up and putting back our furniture!! Csaba gave us an estimate that was amazing I was able to upgrade floors, kitchen cabinets and granite. Gustavo and Michael were also amazing they did an awesome job! Gustavo would keep us informed step by step on the work being done, he really made this stressful process a lot easier. I'm so happy we went with this company. I would definitely recommend! Gustavo and his brother did a magnificent job putting our library cabinets back together after they were all removed from major water damage. Gustavo custom built and replaced parts which were destroyed. He installed new lights which were in the cabinets and the molding around cabinets blended in perfectly. Gustavo and brother took pride in their workmanship and deservedly so. The knowledge, professionalism, and great attitude they displayed did not go unnoticed by my wife or me. Well Done and Thank You Gustavo and Brother for all the time and effort you two put into get our library looking beautiful again.

This was my first experience using a restoration company and I have to say Csaba and his crew are the best ever!!! My house flooded they were out the same day to dry everything up. The next day they were out to test for everything. The team worked so quickly to get everything done. Gustavo was very helpful and assured everything will be ok. This company gave me a big relief when all this happened and I am so happy with the out come of my home. You guys did a great job and was quick to get my children and I back into our home.
