Many times, home emergencies happen on a weekend or the middle of the night. Ours was both. It happened early on a Saturday morning at 1230 am on February 7, 2026. We discovered the hot water valve to our washer malfunctioned and leaked water onto the laundry room floor behind our washing machine and went undetected for we don't know how long. The water leaked through the ceiling of our garage directly below the laundry room. We contacted SERVPRO Highland/North Redlands and Csaba arranged for a water mitigation crew to come out later that morning to set up the necessary dehumidifiers. Iris, SERVPRO's Office Manager, stayed on top of things throughout our entire dealings with SERVPRO by always updating us and coordinating the times for their specific services. A crew returned a few days later to remove the humidifiers and fans. Arrangements were made through Iris for a crew to begin demolition and antimicrobial treatment of the affected areas of our laundry room and garage. The workers Chris, Joel, and Marvin were all friendly and polite, clean-cut and well-groomed, arrived on time, explained the work they were performing, hauled away all debris and cleaned up the areas they worked in. Csaba's rates are very reasonable. I would hire Csaba and his SERVPRO Highland/North Redlands Crew again and will be recommending him to my family, friends, and neighbors.
