When we discovered water in the carpet of an upstairs bedroom after recent rain storms, we called SERVPRO of Garden Grove/West Stanton. Daniel came to our house that afternoon, identified water in the walls of both the bedroom and adjoining bathroom, found a hole in our roof that was the cause of the problem, and started the drying process. He took photos of the problem areas and moisture readings that I was able to forward to our insurance company to assist in making a claim. The next day Daniel and his partner moved furniture out of the bedroom and removed the wet carpet pad and some drywall and wet insulation in order to allow the floor boards and structural wood to dry properly. Daniel has been professional, informative, courteous and friendly throughout the process and plans to be present when the insurance company’s third-party inspection takes place. Daniel and SERVPRO have helped give us peace of mind in otherwise stressful circumstances. We are so grateful to them!
