We discovered mold on our ceiling on the first floor caused by a leaking pipe from a sink from the bathroom above. We were referred to SERVPRO by our insurance agent who expressed that he had worked with them before and highly recommended them. We called them and their agent Daniel Ilie was assigned to us. From the outset Daniel took the time to explain the situation and calm our fears. Upon completion of the mold remediation, Daniel explained the process to rebuild the bathroom vanity and ceiling repair. Everything went without a hitch and ended in a timely manner. Daniel was professional, skilled and courteous and we would not hesitate to request him again.
My bathroom walls had mold on it. Having a little kid in the house, I needed to have this resolved ASAP. I called them and they came quick. They checked out the bathroom and did a few tests. It was definitely mold. They gave me a game plan and started the work the following day. It's been a few weeks and the mold is completely gone. I am so happy I called them.
These guys are amazing!! When I initially called to set up an appointment, Daniel with SERVPRO was at my house in 30 minutes. He inspected the issue and was extremely knowledgeable and let me know exactly what to expect. He was honest and so helpful which definitely put mind at ease. Always available when I had questions even after the inspection was completed. I haven't experienced this type of customer service in years and I would definitely recommend SERVPRO to anybody who needs help with this kind of issue. Incredibly impressed with SERVPRO! We had a flooding incident and Daniel has been nothing but helpfully the entire time. He showed up the same day for inspection and within a week the carpet was removed and the flooring was repaired. Daniel and his crew were EXCELLENT. They were very professional and informational.
