I am very thankful for Servpro! The great service started with my first call. Karen was extremely helpful. She was very kind and professional! I also had assistance with Joe for the demolition and Jason for the restoration as project managers. They were very accessible and answered all of my questions as this was my first time going through this process. Their professionalism and work ethic is fantastic! I am also very grateful for Brayan and Angel. Their attention to detail and hard work is amazing. They worked hard to color match my home and restored the area to fix all of the water damage that had been done. They replaced the installation, installed drywall and did an amazing job with the painting. From start to finish I was impressed with the efficiency and tremendous work ethic of the Servpro company. I had initially started with another company who kept postponing the work for over 7 weeks. Servpro came in and saved the day! They did great quality work within a great time frame. I am also so thankful for their team's hard work. I have my home back because of them. No gimmicks, no hidden agendas. What they state verbally matches what they have in writing. I highly recommend that you consider them for all of your demolition and restoration needs. I was highly impressed with the company and the amazing associates who went above and beyond.

Jason Lincus and Bryan Sanchez and their crews worked diligently to complete the replacement of our huge kitchen island countertop including cutting a huge piece of quartz . They did quality work and were extremely flexible, eager to please and to do their best. They were attentive and prompt and never too busy to respond to our needs Great work! Thanks so much!! Overall ServePro did a fantastic job from complete tear down and mold remediation, and plumbing repairs through to countertop, sink and faucet replacement including electrical. Peace of mind comes with ServPro!

I would like to give 5 stars to ServPro of Fresno NW! We were away from the house when we received a call from a neighbor of water coming out the front door. ServPro went to the house, and immediately removed the furniture, pulled up the water and set up fans, and cutting out the wet drywall. They packed out the house belongings and set videos and pictures of all the items. The remodel project went well, and any bumps were immediately remedied. Our family is extremely pleased with the services provided by ServPro and every one of the staff/employees that we delt with. I highly recommend ServPro of Fresno Northwest!

I can’t say enough for the incredible job that Jason and his team have done to restore our house to its previous beauty after we suffered a sewage backup which affected much of our home. Having a black water flood was extremely traumatic, but once Servrpro brought this team in for reconstruction, the entire trajectory of the experience changed. Before the project started, Jason provided us with a list of all of the different areas being worked on, what day it would take place, and how long it would last. After each day of work, we were provided with an update, and he always answered our questions within just a couple minutes. Having the information at our fingertips put our whole family at ease. On the work end, his team was extremely friendly and professional. They did a great job, and after each day of work, either Jason or his team would walk us through their work and make adjustments as needed. Everything from adding texture, painting walls, replacing carpet, and matching our 20 year old wood floors was done perfectly. The amount of empathy and patience shown to my family and me was incredible. It definitely has felt as though this is more than just a job for these guys. They truly put themselves in their customers’ shoes and have treated our home as if it was their own. I sincerely hope I don’t have another flood, but I know for sure i will call Jason and Servpro if I do. These guys are pros. They are great at what they do, they communicate well with customers, and they are extremely friendly.

From the moment they arrived, they were respectful, organized, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. They listened carefully to instructions, handled our belongings with care, and worked efficiently as a team. Despite the extreme heat, they maintained a positive attitude and the highest level of professionalism throughout the day. What I had envisioned as a potentially chaotic and stressful event turned into a smooth, pleasant, and even happy experience because of their efforts. Their dedication to customer service and pride in their work did not go unnoticed. I cannot sing SERVPRO's praises loud enough. When our house flooded, they responded incredibly quickly and got the mitigation process started right away. From day one, the entire team was fantastic at keeping me informed and working around my schedule. They always called or texted before arriving so I could lock up my dog or arrange for family to be at the house on days I was working. They even called every evening before service days to provide arrival windows, which made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Every employee we encountered was respectful, professional, and genuinely kind. From the mitigation team to the restoration crew, everyone was outstanding. All of my furniture was moved out for me, carefully stored, and then moved back into my home once the work was complete, which was HUGELY helpful. Everything was returned in pristine condition and handled with great care. Jason, in particular, went above and beyond. He communicated with me nearly every day, constantly providing updates and ensuring there were no unnecessary delays. He always made himself available to answer questions and frequently checked in through calls and texts. What truly stood out was his kindness and genuine care. During one of our update calls, I mentioned that my partner and I were both sick, and Jason even offered to drop off cold medicine. That level of compassion is rare. He was humble, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The work itself was flawless. The repairs surpassed our expectations, and I honestly like my new floors even better than the originals. Everything was completed with care and attention to detail. A house flood is incredibly stressful, but SERVPRO and Jason made us feel supported every step of the way. If you ever find yourself in this situation, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Team did amazing job to fight for everything we needed repair, although they had to fight and tussle with our insurance company i want you guys to feel confident in them, they work extra hard to fight for every cent is paid by them. Amazing team all the workers and supervisors are amazing, shoutout to jason, jesus, joe and riley ! all fought for our house to get fixed left it as if it never happened 10/10!
