So my washing machine decided to pop a hole in the bottom of the tub and began filling my house with water. It damaged all of my laminate flooring in hallways and entry and started going into the bedrooms. After calling my insurance company, they directed me to SERVPRO as an option for cleanup. Brian from SERVPRO Fresno showed up last night about 8pm or so. He was very professional and informative about the process and what he was doing. He set the expectations for the next day and when he would communicate with us. He stayed true to follow up and called before arriving with the owner of the company the next day. They removed all of the damaged material and started the fans and dehumidifier to dry things out. They are taking photos of everything and doing readings of the walls to see what are still damp. They plan to return daily until this matter is completely resolved. In a very frustrating situation of a damaged home, the folks at SERVPRO of Fresno really lightened the load. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat. Call them. You won't regret it!
My washing machine broke and flooded my whole apartment. Within an hour on a Sunday afternoon, SERVPRO was there. Shawn and Brian were excellent to work with and went above and beyond to help us with this unfortunate situation.

Diedre and Shawn were amazing and saved us big time! We had a huge flood downstairs that completely soaked the entire carpeting and flooring. They came out within an hour and were able to salvage the carpet and also helped us figure out how to store all of the furniture. It was so wonderful to have someone be so helpful and supportive in our time of need when we didn't know what to do. I would highly recommend them and their excellent service.
Having any type of damage to your home can be stressful and this company was very professional, reasonably priced and honest. We had a few companies who were dishonest about repairs needed to get more money and a few that didn't even show up when you took the day off work.
If you have any fire and water clean up or restoration needed I highly recommend them!
My husband and I are buying an older home, and are worried about a musty smell. The woman I spoke with was so nice and helpful in how to approach the issue, before rushing a spending a lot of money. She was not trying to push their services, rather, encouraged us to look into the issue and then to reach back out once we had a better idea.

We needed to have some mold removed from our garage caused by a hot water heater leak. Everyone at this company was extremely helpful, professional and worked with us to get the job done.
They even built the new stand off site and installed it and put up the new drywall a day ahead of schedule because the plumber is scheduled for tomorrow morning. They came out everyday to verify if the wood was dry.
