So my washing machine decided to pop a hole in the bottom of the tub and began filling my house with water. It damaged all of my laminate flooring in hallways and entry and started going into the bedrooms. After calling my insurance company, they directed me to SERVPRO as an option for cleanup. Brian from SERVPRO Fresno showed up last night about 8pm or so. He was very professional and informative about the process and what he was doing. He set the expectations for the next day and when he would communicate with us. He stayed true to follow up and called before arriving with the owner of the company the next day. They removed all of the damaged material and started the fans and dehumidifier to dry things out. They are taking photos of everything and doing readings of the walls to see what are still damp. They plan to return daily until this matter is completely resolved. In a very frustrating situation of a damaged home, the folks at SERVPRO of Fresno really lightened the load. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat. Call them. You won't regret it!

Diedre and Shawn were amazing and saved us big time! We had a huge flood downstairs that completely soaked the entire carpeting and flooring. They came out within an hour and were able to salvage the carpet and also helped us figure out how to store all of the furniture. They even built the new stand off site and installed it and put up the new drywall a day ahead of schedule because the plumber is scheduled for tomorrow morning. They came out everyday to verify if the wood was dry.
