SERVPRO El Cajon is owned by San Diego natives Jason and Jennie Degraffenreid.  They pride themselves on being there for you 24/7.

Whether you manage a San Diego high rise, Mission Valley Hotel, or a single house in Chula Vista,  you need a professional when a water or fire emergency occurs.

Jason has been managing insurance losses for over 20 years and can handle a loss for any insurance company.  Whether you are insured with one of the more popular insurance companies like AllState, State Farm, Farmers, Mercury, The Hartford; a local insurer like Wawanessa or Nationwide; or a predominant internet provider like Geico, Hippo, or Bolt Insurance; Jason knows what needs to be done and understands what your insurance company needs in order to cover and pay your loss.

Jennie has less experience in the insurance industry, but she is an accounting and paperwork wiz.  From billing to loss documentation, Jennie will make sure that every I on your loss is dotted and every t crossed.
