Silas is the MAN! Very informative, and made sure I was kept in the loop with the process when my bedroom/ bathroom was flooded. He was professional, and respectful every time he came by to check on the status of my unit. He’s one of those guys you want to have on your team for sure. The folks that came in on day1 to pull as much water out of my carpet as they could, and put drying equipment in the area were great too! They worked quick and efficiently.
