How does mold form?

I am not an expert in mold remediation it was actually my first time dealing with it. SERVPRO of Cienega and in particular their wonderful office staff were very pleasant to work with. They were patient enough to explain things, my situation was a little unique in that my claim was refused to be paid by our insurance so we needed to deal with the remediation, the environmental testing, and the build-up. Bel in particular was very patient and walked with me through the process. She explained things, I asked them to give me a true estimate that would not change higher after the project is done with a guarantee that if the environmental report comes negative they will work on correcting the issue without an increase in cost till it passed. And they agreed to that. If you are considering a mold mediation I would recommend you talk the project through with them and make sure and request an estimate the covers the full scope. I would highly recommend them.

This review has been long overdue. I'm not one to usually leave a yelp review, but Demil and his team at SERVPRO really went above and beyond to clean my house. I originally found them on Yelp after looking at various restoration companies and chose the Cienega location because it had such high reviews. Skeptical at first, however, after talking to Demil all my worries came to ease. Not only did they come and clean up the ash on my property, but they were professional every step of the way. Demil always kept me in the loop and explained what work was going to be performed on that day. I can't emphasize enough how much their workmanship spoke for itself!!!!!
