Meet Our Team

Since 2015, Demil has been the principal and general manager of the franchise. He is licensed, and certified by IICRC and CSLB. Every employee has been trained personally by Demil, in order to consistently deliver excellent quality work and customer service, every single time. His years of experience, knowledge, and passion, are always on display, day-in, and day-out. He is a strong believer in the SERVPRO Mission Statement which is, “To develop a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect.”

Belbra has been with the company since 2017, starting her journey off as an intern while attending college for her undergrad in business management. She is currently the office manager and handles multiple tasks from lead intake, down to claim quality assurance. She is the liaison between the insurance carrier and our operations team, ensuring every claim progresses smoothly and efficiently. She is also IICRC Certified and is “always here to help.”

Bretiel is our sales marketing rep, in charge of meeting new potential clients and adding new accounts, to our book of business. She manages different channels of marketing from social media to live events. She ensures the SERVPRO Brand is always being represented positively and professionally.

Jose started off his SERVPRO journey, back in 2016, as a technician. His skills and attention to detail landed him in the position of crew chief. He carries out the tasks of moisture mapping (identifying the migration of water through the property), deploying drying equipment, and using invasive and non-invasive methods, to mitigate property damage. He also gives direction to the crew, making sure the work never deviates from the established scope of work.

Manuel has been with the company since 2018. He works closely with our crew chief and helps with the process of restoration. Regardless of the type of loss, whether it be water, fire, or mold damage; Manuel is familiar and experienced to restore any property back to its preloss condition.

Sabrina has been working in the restoration industry for many years and is in charge of the company’s financials. Besides overlooking accounts receivable and payable, she performs regular internal audits; to ensure the company is in compliance at all times. She occasionally spearheads regulatory and legal aspects of the job as well.

Currently in training to sniff out water damage, mold, and detecting a fire before it starts. When he isn’t studying for his certification exams, he enjoys going on long walks and meeting new people!
