I was so impressed by the responsiveness and overall customer service of Merli and the team. I called a while ago about some water damage on my ceiling caused by a water heater leak. I was confused on the process of how water mitigation worked but Merli was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as I’m a new property owner.
